What should be the lighting power densities in warehouse?

Good day,

I am involved in designing and constructing 7 of industrial warehouses for an end user.

I would like to ensure the electrical engineer designs the warehouse lighting to an efficient design. What should the lighting power density be for the warehouse component of the development please?

I have worked on 3 industrial warehousing projects now which were targeting Green Star submission, and below is what we were able to achieve.

Project #1 - 4W/m2 in the warehouse box (flourescent high-bays)
Project #2 - 2.5W/m2 in the warehouse box (LED high-bays)
Project #3 - Still under design - will update once completed.
