Please can someone help me better understand the benefits of the following:
Targeting a Green Star New Building rating (Office tool) versus waiting ± 2-years after practical completion and then targeting an Existing Building Performance rating?
What are the major considerations here that one would need to take into account? I understand that the New Build rating would significantly help with an EBP rating down the line, but would this justify targeting both?
