There are already 2 billion cars on the world’s roads and nearly 100 million new vehicles are being added every year resulting in huge amounts of carbon emissions. We need to work towards reducing our reliance on motor vehicles (especially private cars) and look at alternative transport solutions such as public transport and walking/cycling.
